In 2019, PreferUS and investor partner, Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute, recognized a significant opportunity to address the growing demand for sports medicine services in China, fueled by the increasing interest in athletic pursuits and a rising awareness of sports-related injuries. Leveraging the invaluable resources and expertise of our investor partner, a renowned institution in the field of sports medicine, we embarked on a strategic move to enter the emerging market. This collaboration allowed us to harness the wealth of U.S. knowledge and best practices in sports medicine, ensuring that our services met the highest standards of excellence.

Led by the PreferUS team, who played a pivotal role in every stage of development, we successfully launched a world-class sports medicine surgery center, and physical therapy clinic in Shanghai. From conceptualization to execution, our team's dedication and expertise ensured the seamless integration of U.S. standards and practices into the Chinese healthcare landscape.
